Investigation of a window falling from a curtain of the Hysan Place
Project Description: The newly established commercial building includes 18 floors for retailing and 15 floors for commercial offices. A window has fallen from a curtain wall during the typhoon occurred.
Contribution: SWA offered on consultancy services to investigate on the potential causes of the case, as well as providing improvement suggestions and procedures for immediate inspection on all glass curtain walls for property owners.

Repair of External Stone Cladding at Lee Theatre Plaza, 99 Percival Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Project Description: SWA conducted inspection on identifying the damaged exterior parts and provided maintenance proposal as well as monitored the repairing process.
Contribution: SWA provided consultancy services including status analysis to identify the damaged layer and handed in the maintenance proposal to HKBD for authorization.
