Project Description: The urban redevelopment project on Lee Tung Street / McGregor Street (The Avenue) was initiated by Urban Renewal Authority, Sino Land Company Limited and Hopewell Holdings Limited in 2008. This project provides 1275 residential apartments as well as over 70 commercial units.
Contribution: SWA was assigned to provide consultancy services on handover quality audit by the Urban Renewal Authority, which involved in inspecting all residential and commercial units prior to handover process and highlighted the defective parts to the responsible contractor in the audit report.

Independent Building Surveying Consultancy Services for Project MTK/1/001 – Pak Tai Street / Mok Cheong Street (My Place) MTK/1/001

Project Completion: 2015
Project Description: The urban redevelopment project on Pak Tai Street / Mok Cheong Street was started by Urban Renewal Authority and China Overseas Holdings Limited in 2008. This project provides 168 residential units and over 10 parking slots.
Contribution: SWA was assigned to perform handover quality audit by the Urban Renewal Authority. Inclusive inspection was completed on all residential and parking units prior to handover process and the defective parts were identified to the responsible contractor for further amendments in the audit report.
