Contribution: SWA provided technical support for our client, including day-to-day maintenance to emergency repairmen. For instance, in the case of curtain walls renewal due to the destruction of typhoon mangkhut, our professional team conducted assessment and provided solutions on potential improvement and energy-saving aspects.

Project Description: The Salvation Army provides a wide range of services such as social services and education services. Due to its diversity, it is crucial to highly maintain the status of the infrastructure, so that it can bring more benefits to the users. SWA is assigned to analyze on the current property management mechanism as well as potential improvements.
Contribution: Through interviews, surveys and focus group meetings, SWA proposed simplification on certain area / procedures, so as to enhance the efficiency on daily maintenance and repairing work. SWA also suggested ways to improve customer services on upgrading the architectural repairing system and establishing feedback mechanism.
