(SWA) has been established since 1992, is an unified consultancy of land, property and construction comprising professional surveyors, architects, engineers, project managers and real estates experts with core business in integrated real estates development, building consultancy, project management, building maintenance and facility management services.

Sr. Samson Wong is the Managing Director of Samson Wong & Associates Property Consultancy Ltd., a company that provides integrated property consultancy including architectural design, building surveying, quantity surveying, project management and building maintenance services. Samson graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and holds a Master Degree in International Real Estate. Samson became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1980 and has been working in Buildings Ordinance Office (former body of the Building Department), MTR Corporation Limited, Standard Chartered Bank before he set up his own practice. In 2007, he was also appointed the Chief Executive Officer of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung Project Services Ltd., overseeing all project and development services in the China region.
He was elected the Chairman of Building Surveying Division of the HKIS & RICS( Hong Kong Branch) in 1992 and was the Past President of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in 1998-1999. Samson has lead several important research projects relating to BS knowledgebase, namely, ‘Building Maintenance Guidebook’; ‘Technical Guidelines for Water Seepage Investigation’; ‘Water Seepage and Leakage problems in Aged Residential Buildings’ and ‘New Design Manual on Barrier Free Access and Facilities for Persons with a Disability and for the Elderly’. In 2000, Samson received the Distinguished Building Surveyor Award from HKIS. Currently, he is an Authorized Person and a Registered Building Surveyor. He is also the Chairman of the Academy of Building Surveying and the Chairman of the Project Management Committee of the HKIS.
Samson is the chief executive of SWA and plays an active role in business development and quality control for all of the projects the company undertakes. His professional expertise and diverse experience helps him to face the challenges of establishing and upholding the leadership position in this dynamic and competitive market place.
Sr. Anthony Poon had his education in Hong Kong and is a Building Surveyor by profession. His career started in 1990 at Yrong Zhing Construction Company Limited, one of the members of Tak Wing Group, he was involved in different public and private sectors’ projects ranging from a few million to 107 million HK dollars. He then moved to Wan Hin & Company Limited which involved in both Lingnan College New Campus development and Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital development. In 1997, he acted as an Assistant Project Manager at Paul Y – ITC Construction Limited and was responsible for two massive Projects in Tai Po and Shatin Area respectively. Poon had an opportunity to act as the Project Manager at Free Form Construction Company Limited in 1999 and he participated in the Superstructure of Kwai Fong Ancillary Building for KCRC West Rail, Piling and Site Formation works at a site in Tai Po as well as the Alteration and Addition Work at Island School. In July 2002, he switched into Wecon Limited as the Project Manager and involved in Commercial and Residential Development for multiple projects.
Sr. Wong Kam Shing was educated in Hong Kong and is a Building Surveyor by profession. He started his career in 1981 in the Public Works Department, Building Development Department as Building Surveyor and became Senior Building Surveyor at Building Department in 1993. He was responsible for the administration of Buildings Ordinance for the New Building Division. He also has experience in administer fire safety improvements to both commercial and residential buildings. In 2010, Wong joined the PolyU Technology and Consultancy Co. Ltd as Project Associates and assisted on a study for sustainability in Hong Kong. He then acted as Contract Building Surveyor at Knight Frank Hong Kong Ltd in 2012.
